SHIPPING POLICY
Our current turn around is 2-3 weeks from date of purchase.
Once order is shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery via USPS. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (please note tracking can take up to 24 hours to update).

Little Buggies Apparel is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an item is lost we will try our best to locate it, but we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

Please verify mailing address before submitting your order.
Any packages returned due to incorrect / insufficient mailing address will be reshipped upon an additional shipping payment.

International orders
Little Buggies Apparel is not responsible for any additional customs fees and/or taxes. That is the buyers responsibility.
Please be aware that it can take up to two weeks from the shipment date (not the purchase date) to receive your items.
Your order will go through US customs and customs of the country we are shipping to.
Make sure you understand this before ordering.

RETURN / EXCHANGE
All sales are final.
Every item is handmade in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.
Make sure your item will fit by utilizing the size chart in the product description before placing your order and size accordingly. If you have any questions about the fit of any of our garments please email us or click the chat icon to ask.
In the event of an approved exchange buyer will be responsible for return shipping of the item.

In the event of a flawed item, we will either send out a replacement or refund.
You will be required to email detailed photos of the flawed item for our records and determination if a replacement or refund will be provided. We are not responsible for rips in clothing after it has been used or washed.
